I'm not quite sure how they think this is going to generate more revenue for them, but publisher HarperCollins has made available on their web site complete books, including one that I plan to check out, chef Robert Irvine's Mission: Cook!
Go to this page and you should see a list of available books on the left side underneath the large banner.
