Go to the Toys R Us web site and click on the "Free Toy" banner at the top of the page for a printable coupon (if it's not there, click on the "1" underneath the top banner). You can pick a 24-pack of Crayola crayons or a 4-pack of Playdough. If it's like last week's free toy coupon, then you just pick the item up, and give the cashier the coupon at check out. There's no purchase necessary.
